Ladies’ One Stop: women personal wear. [Entrepreneurship Project] (Unpublished)
Abstract
Our company has been named by ‘Ladies One Stop’. The natures of our business specialize in selling panties, bra, pyjamas, and bikini. Nowadays there are little one stop centre for ladies in Malaysia which provides them all their personal wears. Most of Malaysian especially ladies do not knows their true size for their bras and normally they wear incorrect size. By open up this business we hope that we can help them to choose the best for their personal wears. Beside that, business also benefits us in terms of job opportunities among feminine teenagers who are jobless in Dungun.
After the discussion, we have decided that we will build our company at 10001, Pusat Perniagaan Sura Gate, 23000 Dungun, Terengganu. Our company will be commencement on Jan 2009. The factors which have brought us to open this kind of business are we think our location is very strategic as we have several of academic institution such as Politeknik, Mara University of Technology and Boarding School.
In addition, our company is a one stop retailer for women personal wear. We buy products from wholesaler and sell products straight to the customers. Our company has its own future prospects which are to open up a few branches all over Malaysia. After five years operation, we wish to achieve the profit increase in about 50% equal to RM500,000.00.
