Ferro-Razzo Construction Sdn Bhd: garden chair. [Entrepreneurship Project] (Unpublished)
Abstract
With an agreement of all partners, we are conclude that our business should be given a name of Ferro-Razzo Construction Sdn.Bhd. Ferro-Razzo Constructions Sdn.Bhd. Will concern in manufacturing or constructing and selling many kinds of garden chair. Our business is located at Jalan Kuala Ibai, Kuala Terengganu. This location is very strategic because it is proximity of main road and nearby raw material resources. Our purpose that will perform is a partnership business. Our business will be started on 1st January 2002. It is because we must ensure that our business will run in smooth operation. There are four factors in influencing choices of the business.
It is includes: -
Development plans by government and private sectors (schools, universitiesand etc.)
Housing projects.
Recreation parks.
Up-grade tourism place (for the example for the year of visit)
Then, our businesses potential are: -
1) To fulfill the taste and preference.
2) To achieve business target.
3) To get encourage responds from consumers.
4) To display the creative ideas.
We hope our efforts can help government in the economics growth and to reduce import furniture products.
