Abstract
Four 'N' Agency Worker Sdn. Bhd. - is a company that provide workers to fulfil the job vacancy especially in industrial sector in Malaysia. For the beginning, our company decide to provide foreign workers from Indonesia only because of the cost are cheaper and Indonesia near to Malaysia. Our company will try our best to provide employees to satisfy our client we believe that this feature will ensure our success.
Our outsourcing services will allow our estimated customers clients to focus on business expansion whilst we take care of their support function in managing their day to day operation and management activities. Our outsourcing services ranges to the followings such as, firstly, human resource management and issuance of the following confidential letter to documentations include contract of service, job description and specification, employee handbooks, sexual harassments policy, show cause letters, disciplinary letters and dismissal letters. Secondly, monthly salary administration includes collect data, process information and generates payroll report and pay slips. Next, all company statutory registrations and contributions includes Employee Provident Fund (EPF), SOCSO, and the marketing related design consultancy, including conceptualization, photography, scrip and copy writing.
This plan is prepared to obtain financial for the initial launch of this concept. The financial is required to begin work on levy, FOMEMA, Business registered, utilities, utensils, office equipment and to cover expenses in the first year of business. Our positive cash flow will help to offset some of this burden
This business is very viable, feasible, practicable and equivalent and for the conclusion, we can say that this business is clear in the future frame.
