Abstract
TANJUNG MALIM: The Sultan Idris University of Education (UPSI) has created a digital library at its Sultan Azlan Shah Campus in Proton City, here, for the benefit of its students nationwide.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Mohammad Shatar Sabran said UPSI was the first public university to develop a digital library with access to more than a million digital material, including electronic books and journals.
He said the initiative was a new norm in using libraries that did not have books and has since created excitement among the young and millennial generation.
