Abstract
GEORGE TOWN: Kedah will open its first digital library at the end of next year, modelled after the Penang Digital Library (PDL).
Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said the Federal Government, through the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA), would build the RM15 million digital library in Alor Star town.
He said besides similar model to be used, the same architect for the PDL would also be roped in for the project in Kedah.
