Abstract

The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) World Library and Information Congress (WLIC) is an annual event hosted by selected cities. In 2018, Kuala Lumpur was given the opportunity to host IFLA
WLIC and one of the highlights is the Library Boulevard. This article provides an insight into the operation of the Library Boulevard for Kuala Lumpur.
