Abstract
A total of 60 public libraries in Selangor have been upgraded since 2009. Selangor Public Library Corporation (PPAS) deputy director Suzliana Abdul Hamid said this was done under a rebranding exercise with the tag line “Second Home”, aimed at encouraging more people to use the facility.
