Abstract

The quality of service is an important thing since long time ago. In this era of globalization, customers are committed to the quality of service provided. The main purpose is
to study the relationship between undergraduate students’ satisfaction towards library services and facilities of public university in Kelantan. The scope of the study narrowed down by selecting an undergraduate student at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, Pengkalan Chepa as
respondents. To achieve this goal there are several variables and factors that become the basis.
Variables are library service, library staff, library environment and library material. Quantitative research has been used and a total of 357 undergraduate students of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, Pengkalan Chepa have been involved in this study. Each instrument used to determine the satisfaction of undergraduate students’ satisfaction towards library services and facilities of public university in Kelantan. The level of satisfaction given will contribute to the performance of the public bachelor's degree in Kelantan. In addition, correlation analysis
can determine the power of linear relationship between data. Statistical findings explain four independent variables in particular (library service, library staff, library environment and library material) have significant relationships with undergraduate students’ satisfaction
towards library services and facilities of public university in Kelantan
