Abstract

Hypodontia is defined as the developmental absence of one or more teeth either in the primary of perment dentition, excluding third mokars. Patients with hypodontia especially developmentally missing incisors may present in varying degrees of severity prompting them to seek treatment for improvement in dental/facial aesthetic and functions.
