Abstract
KUALA LUMPUR: Alibaba Cloud has collaborated with Genting SkyWorld Theme Park to deploy the region's first AI Virtual Queue (VQ) solutions for efficient crowd management and reducing visitors' waiting time. The VQ solutions leverage advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms and real-time intelligence from the ride wait time throughput. With it, the Genting SkyWorlds theme park's operations team will be able to seamlessly control crowd distribution, optimise ride capacity, handle higher crowd volume, and securely manage excessive traffic.
