Abstract

All cosmetic products have to be manufactured in facilities
that comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and need to be notified. Cosmetic products need to be notified with KKM prior to manufacture, import, sale, and marketed in Malaysia. Cosmetic products do not produce fast and immediate whitening results.
