Abstract
Lean & Klean Enterprise is the name our company, where we offer only the best cleaning service that will meet customer’s expectation and satisfaction, suitable with the price that we offered. As it can be seen from name itself, customers can just be relaxing and leaning without having to worry about the cleanliness of their home upholsteries, as we would serve and do the cleaning for them. This cleaning service business is a joined venture of five committed and responsible partners, in which they are, Ms. Irdina Balqis Binti Abdul Rashid, as the General Manager, Ms. Nurhidayah Aina Binti Shaharudin, the Administration Manager, Ms. Fadzillah Hanim Binti Ibrahim, our Marketing Manager, Ms. Nur Aimi Najihah Binti Azli, the Operational Manager, as well as our Financial Manager, Ms. Noor Irani Sofea Binti Md Amin. Lean & Klean Cleaning Service would be starting to operate at No. 2 Jalan P11E/1, Presint 11, 62300 Putrajaya. The location chosen for our business is undoubtedly a strategic location, as several researches we have done shown that this place would attract a lot of our possible customers, in which the place and its surrounding where it is full of houses is ideal for our cleaning service that is only focusing on upholsteries to operate, as there is no shop that offered cleaning service for upholsteries around that place.
