Abstract
These Guidelines explain how the industry can apply for the use of the Special Inspection Scheme (Risk-based Inspection) to extend the Certificate of Fitness. It is hoped that the
industry will take advantage of this provision and puts the importance of machinery safety as a value in determining the safety and health of workers.
