Abstract
The adoption of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is carried
out across various sectors in Malaysia and the energy
sector is no exception to that. The Internet of Things
(IoT), among others is not only is a vital component in the
supply side, but it is also a necessity on the electricity demand side. Energy Malaysia further examines the ways in which consumers and industries can utilise Industry 4.0 to enhance energy efficiency.
