Abstract
Energy demand in Malaysia is expected to rise and this will result in energy security, environmental protection and economic efficiency challenges. To address this, an Energy Scenarios Workshop was carried out, conducted by Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in collaboration with the Energy Commission and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). Held on 16 July at UNITEN, representatives from academic, government agencies and various stakeholders from the industry were in attendance.
