Abstract
Energy is undoubtedly an essential ingredient for a nation’s continued economic development. The government has always remained committed to ensuring all its citizens receive a constant supply of electricity at affordable prices. However, consumers are unhappy if there is an increase in tariff as they do not know why it is increasing. Energy Malaysia sheds some light on the issue at hand, explaining the role and
