Abstract
The collaboration between libraries and community of users is needed to create an environment that makes knowledge “workable”, “translatable” and “acceptable.” The dynamic interaction of knowledge users is key to exchanging ideas and information. And dispersing them to the stakeholders for libraries are also about managing knowledge.
