KUALA LUMPUR: In catering to online consumers buying behaviour, Web Bytes has announced its partnership with Zeoty to strengthen its omnichannel offering with TikTok Shop integration and Quick Commerce (q-commerce) for retailers. Web Byes' chief executive officer, Ooi Boon Sheng, said consumers' buying behaviour has changed during the pandemic as they adapt more with e-commerce and online purchases.
