Abstract
Integrative Pharmacogenomics Institute (iPROMISE) is one of the seven (7) centres of excellence (CoE) in UiTM. The institute started as a centre in 2008 and was known as Pharmacogenomics Centre (PROMISE). In June 2013, the centre was upgraded to an institute and Prof. Dato' Dr. Mohd. Zaki Salleh was appointed as the Founding Director. The goal of iPROMISE is to become a centre of excellence in conducting and translating cutting edge researches to achieve and enhance Precision Health.
