Abstract
Honey is the natural and valuable source for nourishment and medicine since the ancient times. The numerous benefit of honey like nutritional value, healing possession as well as preventative properties contributed by its several chemical constituents. Honey must be free from any impurities in order to enhance the remedial properties.
