Abstract
PANDEMIK Covid-19 telah memberi kesan mendalam ke atas keselamatan makanan bukan
sahaja di Malaysia malah di seluruh dunia.
Dengan rantaian makanan terputus, kekurangan tenaga buruh, restoran ditutup dan negara
menghentikan pengeksportan dan banyak lagi isu membelenggu sistem makanan,
mendesak keperluan untuk kita menilai semula ekosistem pertanian yang kian parah.
