Abstract
Kuching, May 23: The Sarawak Melanau Community Welfare Trust (LAKKMS) will be constructing a new nine-storey multi-purpose complex named 'Lebuk Melanau' worth RM55 million, which is expected to be located near Swinburne University and Borneo Medical Centre.
According to a news report by Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas), Sarawak Deputy Minister for Urban Planning, Land Administration and Environment, Datuk Len Talif Salleh said the high-impact project will be built on a land area of more than two acres and is slated for completion within three years.
