Abstract
The successful in business will give good impact towards the communities in the world. We have known that, woman usually do a housework but nowadays woman be recognized in the entire world as success entrepreneur. Furthermore, TEKUN also gives an opportunity to woman to involve in the entrepreneurship. Hence, this paper presents findings of a research study to investigate the profile of the TEKUN’s women entrepreneur and investigate the relationship of financial capital, motivation and goal and government support towards the TEKUN’s women entrepreneur business success. The method used in this study is based on survey questionnaire and has been distributed to 50 TEKUN’s women entrepreneurs in Hulu Langat. In this study, the researcher using descriptive and Pearson correlation was used to support research objetive. The data obtained were processed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. The results showed the financial capital have a strong relationship towards TEKUN’s women entrepreneurs. The findings of this study found that they have two variables that have strong relationship towards successful business TEKUN’s women entrepreneurs.
