Abstract
By generate the ‘kukur’ mushroom cultivation technology will diversify local mushroom instead of focus on grey osyster mushroom cultivation. With similarity to grey osyter mushroom cultivation, the mushroom grower have ability to shift grow to growth ‘kukur’ mushroom. In fact,the price of ‘kukur’ mushroom can reach RM35 – RM50/kg compared to grey osyter mushroom, RM10 – RM12/kg. However, the mushroom grower should have a marketing strategic to develop competitive mushroom market. Thus, via development of ‘kukur’ mushroom cultivation technique will diversify mushrooms availability in the domestic market. In line with the Government’s National AgroFood Policy to enhance the national economy
