Abstract

Industri minyak sawit di negeri ini diperkukuhkan dengan operasi kilang phytonutrients milik Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad (SOP) yang mempelbagaikan produk berasaskan komoditi itu. Menteri Industri Utama, Teresa Kok, berkata kilang itu yang beroperasi sejak dua tahun lalu memproses kelapa sawit untuk menghasilkan karoten dan vitamin E sawit (tocopherol dan tocotrienols) yang menggunakan teknologi Lembaga Minyak Sawit Malaysia (MPOB).
