Abstract

ANIMATION with a Sarawakian flavour – this is what Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas) wants its animation students to produce. According to animation lecturer Ahmad Azaini Abdul Manaf, Sarawak is rich in folklore and culture which can be promoted to a wider audience through animation. “We feel that people in Peninsular Malaysia need to know more about the culture of Sarawak. Through animation, they can find out more about it.
