KUCHING: Sarawak is set to have a cocoa factory in Kota Samarahan – something that many local smallholders are looking forward to.
Deputy Minister II of Plantation Industries and Commodities Willie Mongin says the factory, which would conduct the grading and grinding of cocoa beans, is expected to be operational either by the end of this year, or early next year.
