Abstract

These Rules shall apply to all vessels within the restricted area of the Penang Bridge except for vessels belonging to the Government of Malaysia used for non-commercial purposes, vessels belonging to the Penang Port Commission and any other vessel or class of vessels
exempted by order of the Minister. These Rules shall be in addition to and not in substitution for the Port (Penang) Rules 1953 or the Federation Port Rules 1953.
