Abstract
High standards and strict rules imposed by the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry have helped small-and-medium enterprises produce better products which can penetrate larger markets. The ministry has been very supportive, motivating many SMEs to push themselves to produce better products. This has enabled many of them to market their products in major hypermarkets.
