Abstract

Econsave Sdn. Bhd. is a hypermarket chain in Malaysia and is known for selling goods and products at a discounted price. The slogan of the company itself is “Bandingkan Harga Kami” which means “Compare our Prices”, that is to prove that as much as possible, they will aim to offer the cheapest and reasonable price in town. In the following section of the report, contains the detailed information of the company. The objective of this section is to work on the background of the company, organizational structure, products, technologies and services that are provided by Econsave Sdn. Bhd, as well as the company’s business, marketing and its operational strategy in promoting their products and services. Econsave Sdn. Bhd’s financial achievements are also included in this section, to understand in detail how the company manage their financial and what achievements have they gain from the financial management.
