Abstract

MIA posits that one of the key factors in facilitating the growth of the economy is by strengthening the quality
of financial reporting that remains one of the
the central basis of decision-making in formulating and driving strategy, shaping the financial profile as well as creating value for a company. To achieve this, a company needs to strengthen its finance function by equipping its human capital with professionals that have the requisite skills and expertise not only at the technical and operational level but also at the strategic and management level.
