Abstract
This research was conducted to study the Relationship between the Reward System and Job Satisfaction among the Employees in The Colmar Tropicale, Beijaya Hills Resort, Pahang. The objective for this research is to identify the relationship between the reward system and job satisfaction and to identify the most effective reward system that affecting the employee job satisfaction. The researcher has distributed the questionnaire that consists of three parts (part A, part B and part C) among 100 employees as respondents that work in The Colmar Tropicale. After the data was collected, the researchers use descriptive study design to interpret the result and analyzed the data. Besides that, the correlation and regression analysis had been used to analyses the result. The result showed that there is positive weak relationship between seven variables (birthday card voucher, staff meal, panel clinic, etc.) and employee job satisfaction. The finding also showed the most effective reward that affecting the employee job satisfaction is transportation. By conducting this research, the researches propose to increase the number respondents for further research. Besides employees’ job satisfaction, the organization also can achieve their goal and lead to efficiency and enhance the customer service quality.
