Abstract
Malaysia is embarking on a comprehensive digitalisation journey to transform its tourism industry in line with the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4.0).
Speaking at the launch of the World Tourism Conference 2019 in Kuala Lumpur on Monday, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said digitalisation in tourism is expected to contribute up to US$305bil of value through increased profitability by 2025.
