Abstract
This business plan was prepared as a guideline for managing the business. In preparing business plan, the entrepreneur has thought out and laid down the plan and strategies for running the venture. The business also can be used as a communication tool to convince potential investor of the viability of proposed venture. Our company, SURA Vanilla Partnership is the business focus more in vanilla dried. We supply vanilla dried direct from our farm. In other to satisfy customer, we also provide delivering service. As a company that provided our customer with delivering service, time is really matter to us to make sure our customer did not have to for long period of time.
We always make sure our vanilla in high quality depend on the vanillin content, size, color and also the growth when cultivation process. Inspection will be making in every week to ensure the vanilla bi good condition. The product we offer is matured' vanilla that has been dried through the fermentation process and dried process with the reasonable price. We choose one type of vanilla which is plain folia Andrews. Our target market is hypermarket, hotel, factory and also export dried vanilla to Singapore.
We plan this project according on ths demand of market. As we know vanilla is important in food industry, cosmetics, tire and paint. The project of vanilla also needs a low cost but we can get high income.
