Abstract
Office Home Deco Mart Sdn. Bhd. has been established after a serious discussion between us, the owner and partnership for this company. Office Home Deco Mart is one of the new companies that are under fully maintenance of Bumiputera. This company generated by Nor Syazwani Radzee as the General Manager and Financial Manager of Office Deco Mart Sdn. Bhd., Siti Asma Yon Abdul Majid as the Marketing Manager for Office Home Deco Mart Sdn. Bhd and lastly is Mohd Khairil Azizol Zainal Abidin as Administrative Manager and Operation Manager for Office Home Deco Mart Sdn.Bhd.
Nature of our business focused on providing great services for office space such as equipments and decorations. And also we’re doing renovation services for any space as demand by our customer. Here, our job is to decorate, renovate and give the latest equipment for office with hope that our customer could enjoy and feels comfort in doing their job. These services not limited only for private sector and government sector but it’s also for schools, cafes, bookshops, hospitals, pharmacies, shops, and others. We’re hope that we can gain trustee from our customer in this type of business by providing good services and equipment as refer to our motto, ‘The Best Mart for Your Office’.
Nowadays, this type of industry not really explore by a new company seems like us. Moreover, there’s less of Bumiputera are going to participate in this kind of business although the demand from public is high. By fully spirit and dare to take any risks, we’re together as a team involved in this business. Luckily, as to fulfilled high demand from customer, we make a deal with two others giant company in supply all of item needed in operations of our company. For our business, we’ve got fully supply from our main supplier, APEX Sdn. Bhd. and Serangkai Carpet Sdn. Bhd. This is to ensure that we can fulfill every demand and needed of our customer. And, this may contribute for successful of our company.
Office Home Deco M&ri Sdn. Bhd. was established in Lot 1724, Tingkat 1, Lundang, Man Sultan Yahya Petra, 15200 Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Our company stated in about 10 minutes from Kota Bharu Town. It’s located beside of main road to KB Town and in front of Lundang Islamic Centre. At the left side of our office is Lundang’s mosque and Mayang Indah Restaurant. While at the right side is Salamku Hypermarket. We belief that we have located our business in the place in town as it’s easy to find and as it could be a best stop for our customer from every places. Other facilities that provided in this area are bus stand and taxi station.
As we decided to commence our business, Office Home Deco Mart Sdn. Bhd. in 01 January 2008, we’ve plan to do a great organizing to our business. It’s as to ensure that we have made a good proposal and fully ready to faced any consequences in the future. The most factors for establish this kind of business is to learn something new in business and to be apart as pioneer for this business. Moreover, we would like to provide a great service for every people. So that, they can get comfort in staying in their office and reduce their pressure in doing job. It’s mean; we can adapt open door policy in the organization and relax culture in the office? This may increase productivity in one organization and reduce labor turnover. Finally, factors of selecting this kind of business are also to gain profit and more branches in the future. But, at this moment, we will try to establish a strong company that we could proud of. And, we can supply labor demand in our state. In other words, we can help a young people to get job and avoid them to wasting their times for useless jobs.
