KSK leverages on AI for real estate developments. [Newspaper] (2021)
Abstract
KUALA LUMPUR: KSK Group announced that it will be the first company in Malaysia to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technology called Delve to help real estate developers plan and create sustainable developments. Created by Sidewalk Labs, a New York-based urban innovation company, Delve is a software tool that can promptly create neighbourhoods with lesser risk. By using Delve, KSK will be able to drive smart, sustainable developments via real-time data-driven feasibility and massing studies. KSK Group's chief executive officer and KSK Land managing director, Joanne Kua, said as a lifestyle and design property company, we constantly struggle with making thousands of decisions whilst juggling between dozens of variables that contribute to a homeowner's quality of life.
