Abstract
KUALA LUMPUM: The National Tech Association of Malaysia (Pikom) has launched the Pikom Digital Summit on a virtual engagement platform, attracting over 600 registration on their first and second-part series of the four-part program. Themed "After the Storm – What's Next", the Digital Summit returns after a one-year hiatus due to Covid-19. Its chairman Danny Lee said the tech industry has been waiting for the return of the Digital Summit and after a one-year hiatus due to the unprecedented situation beyond their control. "Today, we are proud to bring to you the Pikom Digital Summit on a virtual platform," he said. "I would also say having this summit in May is a blessing in disguise. The past few months saw more tech players signed up as our partners and increased in registration to the summit. It goes to show the landscape has changed and the acceptance of virtual events is on the rise," he added.
