Abstract

KUALA LUMPUR: Cloud technologies continue to be top-of-mind for business leaders as they look to maintain and strengthen business agility and continuity, build operational resilience, and innovate with new offerings.
Nutanix Malaysia country manager Avinash Gowda said the company had seen the increased use of automation to simplify and streamline database management, and tackle specialist shortages in business. "The Covid-19 pandemic has dispersed workforces around the world. As a result, we continue to see a rise in technological upgrades to support the decentralisation of teams, especially in Malaysia. "Alhough some companies may have had remote work capabilities in place before the crisis, almost all have had to scale up to increase their flexibility," Gowda told the New Straits Times in an interview.
